Dont move to Elizabeth City....It is a sink hole. Not to mention its dirty, ugly, crime riddled, no culture and good luck finding anything that has to do with the Arts.
If possible, move closer to the coast, like the Outer Banks, much better in the Art field, easy on the eyes, clean, and beautiful.
